Ordering

How do I order a part? +

Browse the shop page or send us the part name and your vehicle model on WhatsApp. We will confirm stock, condition and price, usually within 24 hours.

Do I need an account to order? +

No. Every order runs through WhatsApp ? no login, no cart. Just send your details and we will take it from there.

How do you confirm the part fits my vehicle? +

Send your chassis number or a photo of the old part, and we will match it before shipping. If we are not sure, we will say so rather than guess.

Warranty & condition

Are the parts new or used? +

Most parts are tested used units, sourced and checked for function before sale. Where a new part is available, we will let you know at the time of quote.

What warranty do you offer? +

Most AC parts carry a 30-day function warranty from the date of delivery. Filters and small accessories carry a 14-day warranty. Full terms are confirmed at the time of order.

Can I get a photo of the actual part before I buy? +

Yes. Ask on WhatsApp and we will send photos of the exact unit in stock, not a stock image.

Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to? +

We ship regularly to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman. Delivery times and costs are confirmed with your quote.

How long does delivery take? +

Within the UAE, most orders arrive in 1-3 business days. GCC-wide delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination.

Can I track my order? +

Yes, tracking details are shared directly on WhatsApp once your order ships.

Returns

What if the part does not fit or work? +

Contact us on WhatsApp with your order details. If the part is faulty or does not match what was confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund under warranty.

Repair services

Do you offer AC repair as well as parts? +

Yes. Our workshop handles gas refills, compressor and condenser replacement, leak detection and full AC diagnostics. See our repair services page for details.

Do you offer bulk or workshop pricing? +

Yes, standing workshop and fleet accounts get fixed pricing on repeat parts. Message us on WhatsApp to set up an account.
